BioZOL™-P, Plant RNA Reagent is a single phase solution designed specifically for the isolation of pure, intact RNA from plant tissue and cells in less than 90 minutes. bioZOL™-P, Plant RNA Reagent Kit utilizes phenol, ammonium thiocyanate, guanidine thiocyanate, and B-mercaptoethanol to effectively disrupt cellular structure while inactivating RNase released from membrane-bound organelles. Total RNA is free of proteinand DNA and can be used for cDNA synthesis, Northern blotting and in vitro translation. This procedure eliminates the need for lengthy ethanol precipitations and cesium chloride gradients
