- High yield - Up to 1 mg of plasmid DNA can be purified from 100 mL of bacterial culture.
- Recovered plasmid DNA is suitable for downstream applications - Purified plasmid DNA is fully compatible with transfections, transformations, restriction enzyme digestions and sequencing.
